Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please review the following cancellation and refund terms carefully prior to completing your reservation:

• Free Cancellation:
  Guests may cancel their reservation without penalty up to 20 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. A full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
• Partial Refund:
  Cancellations made between 20 days and 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• No Refund:
  Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, as well as non-arrivals (no-shows), are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.

Additional Terms:

• All refund amounts, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period after cancellation confirmation.
• Requests for reservation changes are subject to availability and may be treated as cancellations, depending on the timing and nature of the request.
